This simple bread recipe is the ultimate tapas and wine night game changer. You can use it with everything or even as a standalone snack. Easy and fun to make and delicious to eat

Ingridients:
- 500 g of white flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 150 ml of warm water
- 150 ml of warm milk
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:
- Put flour in a large bowl, add salt and yeast.
- mix
- add warm water and warm milk
- mix
- add olive oil
- mix
- knead the dough for 5 minutes
- put a splash of water on the dough ball, cover the bowl with plastic foil and leave for one hour to rise
- take the dough out of the bowl and sprinkle with flour
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces
- roll out the dough pieces to create flat pancakes
- preheat the pan with a sprinkle of olive oil
- put the dough on the pan, fry 2 minutes each side plus additional 2 minutes for the first side (this can be done on reduced heat)

You can add cheese on top, during last 2 minutes of frying. Olive oil can be used to splash on top, before sprinkling bread with dried paprica powder and herbs.
